Physical Security maintains a rigorous, data-driven safety program that covers all shop and field operations, including fabrication, transportation and installation. We track daily safety checks, incidents, and near-misses with weekly data compiled and analyzed using dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key insights, performance reviews and executive summaries guide corrective action and long-term planning. Every team member plays a role, while our continuous improvement loop focuses on root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and annual metric updates. Guided by OSHA, ANSI, and ASTM standards, our goal is simple:
- Achieve zero lost-time incidents,
- Reduce minor injuries, and
- Uphold the highest level of safety on every project.

High-performance glazing systems reduce building energy consumption and operating costs.
