State Employee’s Credit Union Tower

SECU Tower is a 12-story, ~252,533 square-foot office building located in downtown Raleigh, with integrated parking deck, atrium, mid-building terrace, and a modern curtainwall façade system. PS was subcontracted to supply and install the exterior glazing envelope — delivering specialty curtainwall covering approximately 80 % of the building exterior, along with punched-opening windows, high-performance insulated glazing, and interface detailing for transitions between curtainwall, structural steel framing, and concrete slab edges. The project’s tight downtown site and complex geometry demanded precise anchorage, field alignment, and coordination with structural and envelope trades, especially around the atrium and terrace intersections. PS’s execution resulted in a high-quality, thermally efficient, and visually striking glazed façade that supports SECU Tower’s architectural prominence and long-term building envelope performance.
