Optima Onyx Tower

As the glazing subcontractor for the Optima Onyx Tower in Hallandale Beach, Physical Security LLC was instrumental in delivering the envelope for this 28-story Class A office tower. Our team successfully executed the installation of a sophisticated double-skin façade system—the first of its kind in South Florida—which required precision engineering to integrate energy efficiency with high-performance hurricane impact protection. The scope included the fabrication and installation of floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views, as well as the glazing for the signature 7,000-square-foot glass “retail cube” and rooftop terrace areas. This project highlights our ability to manage complex, design-forward specifications that demand both aesthetic excellence and rigorous structural resilience against severe weather events.
