The Methodist University Hospital project delivered a nine-story Shorb Tower expansion and campus-wide renovation to consolidate oncology, transplant, and surgical services into a modern facilility. PS was contracted to supply and install the exterior glazing envelope, utilizing a mix of unitized and stick-built curtainwall and window systems (including the 2500 UT Unitwall and 1600 Wall System from Kawneer) along with Versoleil sunshades and high-performance insulated glazing. During construction over an active hospital campus, PS managed complex sequencing and interface detailing to integrrate new glazing systems with existing structures while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
