The Jackson Health DTC Vertical Expansion project added approximately 80,600 sq. ft. and three new levels to the existing three-story Diagnostic & Treatment Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, increasing ICU capacity and medical support spaces while the facility remained fully operational. PS was subcontracted to supply and install the exterior glazing systems, including high-performance curtainwall, insulated punched-window assemblies, and specialty glazed façades engineered for thermal efficiency, air/water resistance, and structural performance in a healthcare setting. Work required detailed coordination of anchorage points, transitions to existing façade conditions, and sequencing logistics above active operating rooms and patient care areas to maintain weather protection and operational continuity. PS’s execution delivered a durable, precision-installed glazed envelope that supports the expanded ICU tower’s enclosure performance requirements and overall project delivery success.
