Gulf Coast Medical Center underwent a major expansion to increase surgical capacity, ICU beds, and emergency department services within an active hospital campus. PS provided the exterior glazing scope, including installation of curtainwall, punched openings, and IGUs engineered to meet the project’s thermal, air/water, and structural performance requirements. The phased construction schedule and tie-ins to existing hospital facades required precise field verification, adjustment of anchorage locations, and coordination with ongoing clinical operations to maintain weather protection thorughout the build. PS’s technical execution delivered a stable, high-performing envelope that supported the project’s schedule, building performance targets, and long-term maintainability.
