The Grand Hyatt Nashville is an 800,000-square-foot mixed-use hotel and residential tower constructed in the heart of downtown Nashville. PS was subcontracted to supply and install the exterior glazing systems, including high-performance curtainwall, punched-opening windows, and insulated glass units engineered for thermal efficiency, air/water resistance, and structural performance for a high-rise installation. Working within a congested downtown environment, PS coordinated anchorage locations, façade interfaces, hoisting logistics, and installation sequencing to align with surrounding active construction zones and limited site access. PS’s technical execution delivered a durable, weather-tight, and visually cohesive glazed façade that supports the building’s long-term performance and architectural intent.
