Children’s Hospital

PS was responsible for delivering the exterior glazing systems for the Children’s Hospital Birmingham 12-story expansion, providing curtainwall and window assemblies sized and detailed for the hospital’s structural and environmental requirements. The work included coordinating anchor points, facade transitions, and weatherproofing detials so the new glazing could connect cleanlly to adjacent construction without interrupting hospital operations. System performance was selected to support the building’s thermal, daylightingm and energy criteria associated with the project’s design.
