45 L Street/ Sentinel Square II

Sentinel Square II is a Class A, ~289,000-square-foot office building in the NoMa submarket of Washington, DC, situated within a larger, multi-phase commercial development featuring state-of-the-art workplace environments. PS was subcontracted to supply and install the exterior glazed envelope, including high-performance curtainwall, punched-opening windows, and insulated glass designed to meet stringent urban office façade criteria for energy performance, daylighting, and weather resistance. The project required precise coordination of anchorage, façade interfaces, and sequencing with structural and envelope trades in a dense downtown context to maintain alignment tolerances and integration with adjacent buildings and site constraints.
