The Main Las Olas is a major mixed-use development in downtown Fort Lauderdale consisting of a Class A office tower, residential tower, and integrated retail podium. PS was subcontracted to furnish and install the exterior glazing systems, including high-performance curtainwall, punched-opening window systems, and insulated glazing engineered for thermal efficiency, structural performance, and air/water resistance in a coastal high-rise environment. The project required detailed coordination of anchorage points, slab-edge transitions, and installation sequencing within a constrained urban site, along with integration across multiple façade materials and building functions.
