1222 Demonbreun is a 20-story, 330,000-square-foot office tower anchoring Phase I of the Gulch Union mixed-use development in the heart of Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. PS was brought on to supply and install the curtainwall system across the building’s full exterior envelope – delivering a high-performance glazing package engineered for thermal efficiency, air and water resistance, and the structural demands of a high-rise urban build. Working within a dense, active city block, our team coordinated closely with Turner Construction to sequence installation and meet the project’s exacting tolerances. The result is a clean, light-filled facade that reflects the building’s premium identity and contributed to its LEED silver certification.
